My overall experience is mixed, it is a fairly low pressure sales job however you will never earn big money. Culturally the company is full of "yes" people, its risky to share your opinion if it differs to your manager/leadership

Overall great experience until 2024 where the quality of leadership declined. The pip quota is a real thing and without hiring it negatively impacts the culture.
