So thankful for the experience and amazing people I have worked with at AWS. The opportunities for progression has become impossible. in my organization there hasn't been a progression to opportunity in over a year and a half. May get "stuck" in your position

It’s an interesting place to work, can’t really control if you hit quota but the pay and benefits are good.
