Great company providing experience which will last a decade. Large variable in pay range and very political environment depending on area of the business. Performance and character alone won't get you the pay you deserve in some BUs; you will have to play a political game which gets old esp. for high performers

Middle management is quite good, the culture is good too and its not too corporate. Speed of product evolution to keep pace with market feels too slow.

Great opportunity to make a significant income, if you're willing to go through the political hoops and irrational pressure from leadership. Product fit is great, but not realistic or upfront on the roadmap.
