In general, it’s a good company. In the Experience cloud side of the business there is a lot of competition. People in general think of Marketing software as a nice to have vs a must have, so getting customers to sign off on large contracts is way harder.

Generally a good company to work at, but you are capped in your earning ability. You get 12 - 18 months to figure things out in your role. Not everyone has the same level of support from the broader ecosystem so you need to be able to get s*** done on your own.
