Former Employee3.1Jul 5, 2023Benefits were better than most companies I’d worked for in the past. My organization within Adobe had a pretty toxic environment due to management. Goals were extremely unrealistic and had no real context of where their numbers came from- so if you’re not happy with receiving a little above base pay- I wouldn’t recommend.
