Great opportunity to make a significant income, if you're willing to go through the political hoops and irrational pressure from leadership. Product fit is great, but not realistic or upfront on the roadmap.

Overall the experience has been good just the market is tough and you need to hope you have a great patch as there are limitations. Benefits are great with private health and maternity leave. But no real career progression. Some people are in the role for 3 to 5 years before being promoted.

Adobe as a company is incredible. Amazing overall leadership, very intentional DEI initiatives, product, broad culture, etc. Inside sales is tough. No clear direction - changes every year, semi-toxic/cliquey culture, VERY difficult to get out of the BDR role - expect at least 2 years here. Worth it for the brand recognition and enormous potential to move internally...Read More
