Adobe has some of the best people you could ever work wit. The culture is Gina and exclusive. Overall people are genuine. Most of us from a BDR pov perform well. But in such a large company it’s a very slow process to reach that next step in a sales career. I performed because no one gate keeps. Everyone wants to see everyone win. They’re working on internal mobility more but it’s still a big challenge. Since there are so many early talented individual contributors and not many teams that will take someone without certain experience requirements.

Great company, base pay is a little low at but OTE is pretty good. Easy job, good work life balance, good people and easy promotions

Benefits were better than most companies I’d worked for in the past. My organization within Adobe had a pretty toxic environment due to management. Goals were extremely unrealistic and had no real context of where their numbers came from- so if you’re not happy with receiving a little above base pay- I wouldn’t recommend.
