Current Employee3.7Aug 17, 2023My overall experience at this sales organization was good on the scale
Former Employee3.4Sep 18, 2023I loved my time at Adobe, but they generally under pay sales reps. If you leave, get a pay bump, and "boomerang" back you should get a pay increase, if you can get on board. I felt victimized by the corporate D&I policy, as I am a white male and not given as many opportunities as female/minority/LGBT folks.

Current Employee2.4Jul 27, 2024 Adobe's culture and leadership need to improve within the Sales Organization. The quotas are extraordinarily high and almost unattainable. Additionally, the compensation metrics are extremely convoluted and have limited transparency. Diversity is lacking, with few opportunities for career growth for African-Americans and women.
