Benefits were better than most companies I’d worked for in the past. My organization within Adobe had a pretty toxic environment due to management. Goals were extremely unrealistic and had no real context of where their numbers came from- so if you’re not happy with receiving a little above base pay- I wouldn’t recommend.

Good culture, product-market fit varies widely from team to team. General feeling that some are stuck as BDR’s, with very little hope of moving into advanced roles outside of top performers.
