Clients are overall unsatisfied, churn is high. The Sales Go2Market is bad. Platform Story but Silos everywhere. 3 CRM Solutions. Sales has not much to decide.

Your success is completely dependent on where you sit in the Org. and what your territory looks like. Certain products thrive, others don't. This all adds up to expected compensation that is all over the place. Change is constant so be agile.
