Do not be a BDR here if your plan is to become an AE. They push BDR's down the renewals path, but expect to be competing against 50-100 BDR's for one Renewals position.

I have had a great expierence working with Adobe. Great company with awesome people and good leadership. Adobe is definitely well under-market for compensation which can result in turnover.
