There were extremely limited inbound leads, growing targets, and expectation of everything being self generated. Comp structure gives opportunities to earn more depending on following deal structures that the company favors, but this sometimes goes against what is best for customer and also can be very rigid when there are certain types of situations, and sometimes unfavorable to reps.

Overall experience has been good, have autonomy to perform as I need to be successful. Quotas are attainable, but overall comp feels much lower than market average. Also, owned by PE so growth of the company and for an IC is not there anymore, when it comes to equity and having a stake in the performance of the company.

I've enjoyed my time at Acquia - it is a company in transition following a reorg and they are constantly making acquisitions. They do well with transparency and everyone there tends to feel good about the work they do.
