Acquia is a mature organization wrapped up in a startup body. Things can be hectic, but ultimately people are nice and easy to work with.

Pros - Good internal mobility as long as you do exactly what leadership tells you to do and in that way Comp structure is good Cons - Try doing things your way and you will be shunned Base pay is way below market and expected to do above market work Lot of distractions from sales leaders that take time away from selling

Great co for young person. Unfortunately product is falling behind and it doesn’t help that it’s owned be an equity company.

Leadership have lost their way and focus has become on saving money while the PE firm tries to sell. Not employee centric and not a great place to work.
