Acquia is a dying company being bled out by Vista Equity. It's sad to see how far downhill things have gone. In Oct 2024 another massive layoff hit, affecting a huge majority of presales and sales staff (over 20% of entire company). No leads, all self generated business. Comp structure is extremely favorable but management changes it every year depending on what business needs, but it provides an easy way to focus the types of sales you do to maximize your comp.
