Not great. Lack of transparency in leadership. Huge layoffs applied in Q4 company-wide after promising no more layoffs would occur after Q1. Company culture is non-existent.

Acquia pretends to be a Digital Experience Platform competing with the likes of Adobe and Sitecore. Acquia is a dying company being bled out by Vista Equity. It's sad to see how far downhill things have gone.
