Not great. Lack of transparency in leadership. Huge layoffs applied in Q4 company-wide after promising no more layoffs would occur after Q1. Company culture is non-existent.

Great co for young person. Unfortunately product is falling behind and it doesn’t help that it’s owned be an equity company.

The net new business team has been doing poorly for at least 3 years. Less then 50% AEs hit quota. The AM team is doing well only on paper but is plagued by multi-tier management structure which is top heavy. They do not promote internal mobility and DEI is non-existent in the sales team.
