Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Acquia is a dying company being bled out by Vista Equity. It's sad to see how far downhill things have gone. In Oct 2024 another massive layoff hit, affecting a huge majority of presales and sales staff (over 20% of entire company).
Employees who were not laid off have STILL been given zero direction of how things will change / what new roles responsibilities they will have (over 2 weeks after layoffs were announced). The small amount of loyalty and culture that existed is now completely gone, from leadership, to management, down to IC's.
Acquia is now filling this void with Costa Rica and India based employees. I expect Vista to sell the company within months and for Acquia to not exist with a year.
It's a shame what has happened to what once was a great place and a company I truly believed in. Selling out strikes again - you've been warned -- Stay away.
