Former Employee5.0Jan 24, 2024My overall experience was pretty good. Good people, nice office, not much to dislike.
Current Employee2.9Sep 19, 2023Pros - Good internal mobility as long as you do exactly what leadership tells you to do and in that way Comp structure is good Cons - Try doing things your way and you will be shunned Base pay is way below market and expected to do above market work Lot of distractions from sales leaders that take time away from selling

Former Employee3.4Feb 3, 2025A lot of male management. Restructure was unfortunate as there is a lot of opportunity for the product. Lacked sales direction as there was no Sales Manager hired for the majority of my employment.

Current Employee3.4Dec 17, 2024Acquia provides a lot of various products. My particular product was acquired by Acquia and was dismantled after a year and mass lay offs ensued. Acquia as a whole is a solid place to build your sales career however companies they acquire seem to get the short end of the stick.
