The net new business team has been doing poorly for at least 3 years. Less then 50% AEs hit quota. The AM team is doing well only on paper but is plagued by multi-tier management structure which is top heavy. They do not promote internal mobility and DEI is non-existent in the sales team.

Pros - Good internal mobility as long as you do exactly what leadership tells you to do and in that way Comp structure is good Cons - Try doing things your way and you will be shunned Base pay is way below market and expected to do above market work Lot of distractions from sales leaders that take time away from selling

I've enjoyed my time at Acquia - it is a company in transition following a reorg and they are constantly making acquisitions. They do well with transparency and everyone there tends to feel good about the work they do.
