AT&T just like any company started off great. But through failed business ventures (buying dtv Warner media etc) had to make business changes that effected the company in a neg way. Massive layoffs (surpluses). Started off great good pay. Ended up cutting pay (commission and incentives) plus firing good leaders to bring in outside leaders to make the surpluses process easier.

Overall experience is decent but biggest negative is a pretty significant disconnect between what quotas are set at and what's a realistic target.
