I was excited for the role, however besides the basic training, I did not receive additional support. Now, you're supposed to figure out sometimes on your own, but there was no leadership too. At the end, I got it more but I couldn't see myself there for long.

Current Employee4.1Feb 20, 2024Great training, diversity, and culture. High energy and motivated leadership, I’ve never personally had a bad experience with my manager. Lead flow is through referrals from partners and some self gen if referrals are not enough. You cannot be lazy to succeed here- very high volume w partner interactions and transactions.
