I was excited for the role, however besides the basic training, I did not receive additional support. Now, you're supposed to figure out sometimes on your own, but there was no leadership too. At the end, I got it more but I couldn't see myself there for long.

They will tell you what coprporate thinks u should hear, not necessarily what real rep thinks u should hear. Base could be better, but incentive comp is great and there are many "bonuses" that roll out throughout the year. The incentive trips are crazy good as well.
