Overall a great place to work. Very good culture and support. Industry leading product and a finance team that truly supports sales. Base could be better, but incentive comp is great and there are many "bonuses" that roll out throughout the year. The incentive trips are crazy good as well. My leadership is very flexible and supportive with my family needs as well. So far, 2 years in, I'm very happy with my decision to come here.

Company is strong in market. Very mature Salesforce does create internal competition though.
