It was very good. The training was the highlight and there was good incentive. The base pay was low especially for the driving around. Good management but micromanagement at times.

Great initial training. If you don’t work with external partners who generate leads for you, it will be challenging. Quotas get higher every year while you keep the same territory/opportunity. Management seems to tell you what you want to hear hoping to keep you.
