I fell into the office as a new employee who had no back ground in HCM software. I was excited for the role, however besides the basic training, I did not receive additional support. Now, you're supposed to figure out sometimes on your own, but there was no leadership too. At the end, I got it more but I couldn't see myself there for long.

Comp is average and quota can be tough to hit.

My overall experience was good. ADP has lots of room for growth and there is success to be made, just not for some people and Good luck if you have a bad territory. Your career is done.
