I’m currently in ADP TotalSource. Depending on the market you’re selling in, PEO isn’t well known in the market so it can be very challenging depending on your partnerships. If you don’t have great partnerships, it’s a grind!

Internal competition for meetings. Everyone is an sdr. Have to monitor implementation after you close bc that team can’t be trusted to make basic contact with the new client.

Compensation very low unless you are well above 100% for additional multipliers. OTE for 100% quota attainment for year 1 as an ADM is $55k and year 2 as a DM $72k. Not explained well to myself or other reps upon interview or starting. Most expensive solution in the industry in most cases unless we discount. Otherwise great culture, flexibility, and product fit.
