6sense solves real problems for clients and helps them drive high-conversion revenue, and our customers really do love the company. The product is well ahead of the market and competition, so you're not losing deals to competitors very often over anything other than cost. It's a premium product, as such, the company expects a premium sales experience for our customers. Acceleration isn't as strong as other companies I've worked for, but that's due to achievable targets with a high percentage of the team hitting quota. Personally, I'd rather work for a company with more quota achievement across the board, than a small number of high earners and a largely starving sales team.

my overall experience was they promote based off of favoritism, not quota attainment. the partnerships leader is conniving and passively sabotages your chances at succeeding at your job by sneakily doing things like not sending you a deck and then putting you on a call where he's referencing the deck the whole time or having everyone in a room introduce themselves...Read More
