Product Market Fit is solid and the strategic vision of the company appears to be set up for success. Company came out of stealth mode 2 years ago so things still change constantly, and the founder/CEO is very involved in deals. Sales process is in flux a lot and the Marketing team doesn't know how to do much outside of webinars and events that don't appear to be driving a ton of leads. Best path to success right now is leveraging exec connections and investors to get in the door with the CISO first. If you don't have those connections in your accounts it will be a rough go.

Leadership and Culture is toxic, team members are all micro managed. Leadership does not know how to scale the company. Product is "nice to have" and requires discretionary budget that is scarce.

I wish I never took the job. The CEO is a maniac who interfered in ways I have never experienced. The product is weak. Customers have no idea how to get value out of it. Shady leadership, didn't pay full commissions.
