The sales process is a grind. No inbound flow, so it's a LOT of cold calling with little name recognition. It takes a huge amount of effort to get new meetings.

Product Market Fit is solid and the strategic vision of the company appears to be set up for success. Company came out of stealth mode 2 years ago so things still change constantly, and the founder/CEO is very involved in deals. Leadership and Culture is toxic, team members are all micro managed. Leadership does not know how to scale the company. Product is "nice to have" and requires discretionary budget that is scarce.
