I wouldn't send my worst enemy to work here. Over 70% turnover in the U.S. including multiple key leadership roles. Great base pay is about the only positive thing to report. Zero marketing motion whatsoever, no path to reaching anywhere near an OTE, and a product that is loved but not built to be sold at scale (should be sold via partners/channels rather than dedicated team).

This is a product led business model that has failed to effectively integrate a sales and marketing strategy into their business model. My overall experience was poor. RepVue lowest quota attainment is 5%. To our knowledge, nobody made quota. No one was close. Instead of adjusting quota, the board RIF'd the CRO, CEO and IC's. Be careful with think-cell and its board.
