Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee There is a stark difference between the experience of those in the US and those in Europe, especially the UK office. The US team over hired from the offset and unfortunately, this led to lots of departures over the last year, including nearly the entire C-suite and over half of the sellers.
In Europe, things are slightly better, with most, if not all reps hitting quota before the re-alignment in the summer. The new CEO is more hands on and seems to have more sway over the board, and has helped to force some of the old guard out, which can only be a good thing.
The Berlin office has no discernible culture, however this may change with new hires. The London office has a much better culture, with a good environment of having some fun, but also striving to achieve targets.
A few people have made some good career advancements, unsure if this will continue however.
Overall, whilst there are definitely some issues, the situation in Europe is drastically better than in the US. With 2 new products to sell, including an AI tool, in 2025, things are looking promising. Browse Other Reviews
