It is a good company with fair compensation. Think-cell just recently assembled their go to market team and is improving at a breakneck pace month over month. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to work here. Over 70% turnover in the U.S. including multiple key leadership roles. Great base pay is about the only positive thing to report.
