My experience was poor. Executive leadership was unable to implement solutions to address tech issues. Unsupportive board. Lack of management's due diligence to address GTM strategy and align infrastructure.

Nobody is hitting close to 50% of goal. And there is an intrinsic component that means you have to overcome a certain percentage of growth before quota relief and commissions kick in. Ie if an account is growing 10% a year, before you get credit, you need to grow the account 11%+. Again. Nobody is close to goal.

It is a good company with fair compensation. Think-cell just recently assembled their go to market team and is improving at a breakneck pace month over month.
