- Exec leaders are clearly under tons of pressure because each week means a drastic pivot in strategy from the week prior, causing fatigue and anxiety amongst the org from unclear goals/expectations; no patience for results
- Unequal accountability across the teams; some folks are immune to consequences simply because of their tenure or because they have the ear of ELT
