- Product is great for contributors but fails to establish value for leaders, which relegates the product to "nice to have" making it near impossible to sell in current macroeconomic climate - Exec leaders are clearly under tons of pressure because each week means a drastic pivot in strategy from the week prior, causing fatigue and anxiety amongst the org from unclear goals/expectations; no patience for results - Unequal accountability across the teams; some folks are immune to consequences simply because of their tenure or because they have the ear of ELT

Anxiety riddled with unrealistic expectations. Unattainable quotas are based on average deal size and a bottom-up approach with SDR and freemium users. Overcomplicated sales process, making it challenging to move dealers forward. Eventually, it turned into a show and tell with no discovery.

Horrible experience, check out Glassdoor. They had great people there but, executive leadership was a joke. Sales was an afterthought but, they expected the most from sales. After it all, they laid off the entire sales team.
