Overcomplicated sales process, making it challenging to move dealers forward. Eventually, it turned into a show and tell with no discovery.

He will talk crap about other colleagues so trust that he is talking crap about you. The product was loved by AE's but Scratchpad struggled to add value to the businesses those AE's worked for.
