How would you characterize the sales culture at Scratchpad? Have there been any recent changes or shifts?

How would you describe the compensation structure for sales positions at Scratchpad?

The posts of some laid-off people stated that it was a restructuring of the GTM team. However, someone here said the entire Sales team had been let go. How are they going to sell anything now? Is it a sinking ship? There is still an SDR opening, which I have applied for, but I guess it's dead now.

Saw some news about Scratchpad layoffs, how bad was it? also the scores on here are terrible - I guess stay far far away from this one?
