Anxiety riddled with unrealistic expectations. Unattainable quotas are based on average deal size and a bottom-up approach with SDR and freemium users. Overcomplicated sales process, making it challenging to move dealers forward. Eventually, it turned into a show and tell with no discovery.

My overall experience was poor. The CEO, Pouyan, constantly talked about of both sides of his mouth. He will talk crap about other colleagues so trust that he is talking crap about you. The product was loved by AE's but Scratchpad struggled to add value to the businesses those AE's worked for. I didn't see any Sales reps. who worked at Scratchpad be able to meet...Read More

There wasn't great product market fit. leadership blamed everything on sales. They just laid off their entire sales team.
