Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Quotas were ridiculous and steadily increasing. Leadership wanted to help, but rarely, if ever, did they want to listen. The least experienced of the team were often the ones who thought they could do any role the best. The culture was often talked about, but never defined or enforced at the top.
At the middle, the team worked great. Middle management tried hard to make up for the cultural and experiential shortcomings.
Luckily, Rubrik put us all out of our misery. The technology is legit and Rubrik will give it the power it deserves. Browse Other Reviews
