Company spun-off from VMware, so everything is brand new and going through the growing-pains. Current Compensation was from the VMware days, which was great. But not getting a pay adjustment for the last two years due to the Broadcom acquisition has been tough. Other than stagnant pay, this is a great company, and has a ton of upside potential that we will see coming soon!

A bit higher quotas this year so less hit, but we also had the broadcom spinoff which temporarily affected sales. We will see what happens in 2025

No clear roadmap, constant changes on gtm, metrics are way different from other tiers, constant lay off not enough marketing or tools to process deliver orders
