Current Employee1.1Nov 7, 2023A lack of rules of engagement, no clear quota policy, and general confusion left all of us feeling lost. It also wasn't communicated that we were in an exploratory project for a client which could be cancelled at any moment. Lack of communication and transparency were at the root of most of the issues.
