My overall experience was a complete disappointment. Such a shame since there was a lot of excitement to start something with Accenture. This review does not speak towards Accenture as a whole and completely geared towards the n3(digital inside sales team). Ohhh where to even begin. I was Lied to about what role actually was. Micromanagement worst I’ve ever seen. No room for career growth. Quota was changed every month and even at times a week or 2 in. Taken off ramp 12 days into a month after being told it was still ramp. Everything is mandatory with no say and completely disregards feedback from employees. HR is aware and no changes ever made. Lead with fear and about as toxic as a sales culture can get. Much more bad things can be said. Anything involved with the cybersecurity campaign, don’t walk but run very far away
