Accenture’s DIS side aka digital inside sales (previously N3) is a joke. The base salary is low . They tell you that you're gonna have a 10% bonus. This bonus is only like $200 a month. They have lowered the starting pay and you are not able to negotiate. Complaints with HR are a waste of time. There are no real promotions. And if you think you're gonna go over to the actual Accenture side , the chances are very slim. If you are a sales person look elsewhere or you will take a major pay decrease

My overall experience was a complete disappointment. Such a shame since there was a lot of excitement to start something with Accenture. N3 lacks proper management. Team Leads can’t answer questions or help their team properly because we all started at the same time. Their managers fail to fill them in properly on changes which leads to a big game of telephone when it comes to new information. The bonus structure is constantly changing.
