A lack of rules of engagement, no clear quota policy, and general confusion left all of us feeling lost. It also wasn't communicated that we were in an exploratory project for a client which could be cancelled at any moment. Lack of communication and transparency were at the root of most of the issues.

It is an ok company, now that it has been bought by Accenturem the company leveled up, but Management did not change that much so its still very bureaucratic and if the Sales manager does not like you you are done in around 3 months

Accenture’s DIS side aka digital inside sales (previously N3) is a joke. The base salary is low . They tell you that you're gonna have a 10% bonus. This bonus is only like $200 a month.
