Great company overall but they don't believe in remote work and will not offer career progression beyond IC roles for remote employees even though they were hired for remote positions in the first place. Base pay is amazing but they push you to sell well into 120-170% with hardly any accelerators.

Overall, this is an incredible company to work for. The only major difference is that we are given a bonus every half year for hitting our quota. This means that we are capped around commission.

Its a very new company with young leadership that need improve people management skills. But you can growth and the product its fantastic.
