This is the best software company you can work for. Transparent, great leadership, and the opportunity to very well. Now have multiple products that are gaining traction in the market. Exciting times ahead!

Great people, great experience, but there’s no real bonus for performance. There’s a bi-annual bonus related to performance as well as other factors like teamwork and culture, and it’s not comparable to commission structures in other companies in terms of amount of money. But I still chose to work at Monday for the overall experience and growth opportunities.
