i've loved working here as an SDR and it's been awesome as an AE. The leads are inbound so no cold calling, however some of the inbound leads can suck but thats not a huge problem. Great company overall but they don't believe in remote work and will not offer career progression beyond IC roles for remote employees even though they were hired for remote positions in the first place. Base pay is amazing but they push you to sell well into 120-170% with hardly any accelerators.
