No ramp, no non-recoverable draw, no ESPP, low product market fit. Annual quota pro-rated if you start mid-year, but your quota could be $15k Month 1. Not a mature sales organization. If you are an Enterprise Account Executive and you enjoy overbearing, micro-managing RVP's then insight is all for you. They use Salesloft to track everything- phone calls, emails and meetings. They just let a top rep go who was 150% of their quota in Q3 and was set to hit the highest accelerator in the comp plan.
