Overall I've been very pleased with my decision to work at insightsoftware. The onboarding was best-in-class and the enablement set me up for success out of the gate. The compensation plan is competitive and rewards hard-work.

No ramp, no non-recoverable draw, no ESPP, low product market fit. Annual quota pro-rated if you start mid-year, but your quota could be $15k Month 1. Not a mature sales organization. The new sales leadership does not understand Enterprise sales. There is an intense amount of micro-management. The culture is toxic.
