Needs improvement, good ol boys club, leads were not equally shared. Training was decent, but process seemed too robotic.

They did not handle the pandemic well at all and upper management was not diverse at all, so leaves little room for growth for people of color. These would be one of my biggest critiques.

Working at IBISWorld is a wonderful stepping stone. They do not adjust salary or pay based on performance though.
