Needs improvement, good ol boys club, leads were not equally shared. Training was decent, but process seemed too robotic.

IBISWorld is a good company to begin a sales career. I think some things have changed for the worse but 4-5 years ago, they had a great sales training program. Their product is much more of a nice to have than a need, but is still well regarded in certain markets.
