Although, we are aware that this role is performance based, management needs to realize that their product is lacking and interest in their product solution is quite low.

Current Employee2.7Jun 19, 2024Its a BDR/AE role. They track all metrics; call counts, talk time, pipeline, sales (obviously), and tend to micromanage. We've had 2 people hit quota in a month (separate months), so it's tough to hit your number and actually make money. I think the company is improving, and will be a great place to work as they build out the product. Right now, its a great learning...Read More
