Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Great comp, time off and other benefits. Product is a commodity and very little difference between all the competitors. Absolutely no MQL’s in 3 years. Nobody knows who we are. Once a customer moves to a cloud CX platform, they are on it for 5 years with little chance it changing it out. Once 75% of of the addressable market moves to the cloud, there will be mass layoffs again.
