Great comp, time off and other benefits. Product is a commodity and very little difference between all the competitors. Absolutely no MQL’s in 3 years. Nobody knows who we are. Once a customer moves to a cloud CX platform, they are on it for 5 years with little chance it changing it out. Once 75% of of the addressable market moves to the cloud, there will be mass layoffs again.

Easy to sell - Genesys is a product that companies need, it’s a Gartner MQ leader, and the company sets achievable quotas. Great product that is a top player in the category of contact centers. Impacted by toxic and poorly aligned leadership. The current Ivory tower mindset has put the company on the back foot for long term growth potential, which is felt by the liquidity event style tactics currently being deployed.
