Very, very tough. Incredible turnover, reps let go in 2-months. But, there is potential to make 7-figures and the product really works well if the client adopts it.

Terrible leadership. The CEO is like hitler and has hired his boys club who are absolute jokers and just taking random roles in the company without any experience since they have done 3 layoffs this year alone.

ExtraHop's product does what it says it will do and much more. It's a phenomenal product in a relatively immature NDR market. Senior leadership changes over the last few years significantly impacted the culture but the most recent changes may be a good thing for current and future employees.
