Everbridge has its pros and cons as things are changing every 1-2 years (i.e. exec team, product bundles, sales methodology, partner ROEs, etc). It is vital to remain adaptable and to keep your head down to get results.

It is a challenging time for the mass notification industry; budget cuts everywhere. Many teams are 1/2 the staff they were in 2020. Including here, tenured reps sitting in 4th quarter are barely at 40% of goal.

Part of an acquired company, it went really well for the first 2 years after the acquisition when they left us alone. Became quite messy when the tried to integrate us in.

Leadership is also very lenient with discounts, so it’s very easy to win in the competitive sales deals as well. If you’re a professional SaaS sales person and put in your 40 hours of work per week, you’ll do very well.
